Obituary

Obituary for Bridgett Dawn Gillette

Gillette, Bridgett Dawn- on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 10, 2019 in her 37th year of life, our beautiful, caring daughter Bridgett, with her family at her side, passed peacefully. She will be remembered by her family; her father Donald, her mother Shannon, brothers Jordan and Donnie, sister, Jennifer, many nieces and nephews and many, many beloved friends.

Bridgett was loved by all. Her generosity and willingness to help others was always of upmost importance to her. She loved her dogs, she called them her babies, Calvin, Buddy and Jackie and her two parakeets.

Bridgett loved to shop for things of old that she could polish up and make new again. She loved her weekly trips to the antique stores and would share pictures of her new found treasures. Roses of any color were her passion. Her home was always filled with them and her yard was filled with many beautiful flowers and flowering trees.
Throughout her youth and twenties she was a star competitive softball player. She broke many State history records and could pitch a ball 65 mph; she was referred to as the “Wild Thing.”

We were all so very blessed to have shared our lives with such an Angel. She will always be missed and never forgotten.

A service will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 11:30 am, followed by a celebration of her life and lunch at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 3990 West 74th Avenue, Westminster, Co 80030.
Dress is casual.
