Obituary for David Daniel Duran

David was born in Aguilar.CO on Sept. 8, 1943 and passed on Feb.2,2019.

He graduated from Aguilar High School, Trinidad State Jr. College and the University of Co. He served in the Air Force.

David is survived by son Dan [Naisha], sisters Rose [Rich], Bernadine,Dorothy,; brothers Tom [Jan], Larry [Roma], and Phil. He was predeceased by parents Eugene & Jenny Duran, wife Kaaren, sister Ruby, brother Joseph and nephew Keith.

No services will be held at his request. Donations may be made to Denver Hospice or to any veterans organization.

My condolences to the wonderful family of Aguilar, Co. I was raised in Aguilar and attended school and high school with David, his brothers and sisters. I have great memories of the Duran family. We played sports together. Dave belonged to a very special family. Don Smith Littleton, CO.

David was my nephew. We did not see enough of each but we were always family oriented. Last time I saw him was for his mom's, Jenny's- memorial in Trinadid. Our prayers are with his family. Richard P. Duran
