Mom was born March 5, 1928 in Loretta, KS to John and Martina Suppes and passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 11, 2019 at the age of ninety-one in her Colorado home.

Mom, met her lifelong love, on a blind date, Clarence Brown in the summer of 1947 in Byers, CO. They were married on his birthday, July 5, 1948, in La Crosse, KS and shard 48 years together. Dad went to be with the Lord on November 18, 1996.

She is survived by Georgina Isaac, Louisville, KY and her brother Norbert Suppes, Brighton, CO. She has 3 surviving children: Michael Brown, Scottsdale, AZ; Patrick Brown, Denver, CO; and Joann Case, Thornton, CO; 6 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Mom was one of 12 children (8 girls and 4 boys). They moved to Brighton, CO in 1937 where they grew up. When she was 12 years old, she had to quit school and work in the fields picking beans, pickles, and tomatoes to help the family. When she was 16 years old, she entered the work force and started working at Amour’s meat packing plant. After 38 ½ years of working, mom was forced to retire in 1990 for medical reasons.

We love you deeply mom and will miss you. We know that you will be joining dad and other loved ones and we can take solace in knowing that you will rest in peace for eternity with Jesus.

Her Service will be held on June 18, 2019, 3:00 PM @ Aspen Mortuaries,
