Obituary

Obituary for Johnny L Garcia

Jonny Lee Garcia took his last breath after vigorously enduring heartache and health issues later in life. He did have a beautiful life and brought joy to many people during his 68 years on earth.
He was born in Denver Colorado, September 19, 1959 and lived a few childhood years in Stockton California, then returned to Colorado as the older brother of three younger siblings. He graduated from Jefferson High School class of 1970 then enrolled in the United States Navy and served during the Vietnam era. He was honorably discharged, returned to Colorado to married his sweetheart Carmelita Martinez.
He supported his family while gaining many friendships during his years as warehouse supervisor for Montgomery Ward's and General Electric. He took on the challenge later in life and gained his CDL license to become an RTD bus driver, from which he retired on December 16, 2017.
He was always the happiest with his family in the mountains, fishing, and enjoying the fresh air.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Delida Rodgers.
He is survived by his sister, "Suzy Q"(Katherine McCloskey) , brother Ronald Garcia; four daughters Lisa Garcia, Gabrielle Garcia, Christine Sanford, and Laura Garcia.

Johnny Lee's family and friends will all cherish the moments he made them smile and gave LOVE!
