My grandpa Joseph was one of the most wonderful, pure men I have ever known. He had the voice of an angel and his music was a blessing to everyone who heard it. He was a handy man and could fix anything that ever broke. He had a beautiful family and every year at Christmas he would give every one of his great grand children an envelope with $10 in it. He also read the Christmas story every year and gave the birthday blessings at church. He was a friend to everyone who knew him and his spirit and energy radiated of love and warmth. I know that just like his blessing, he will have a beautiful birthday in heaven this year. I love you Grandpa, You will live on in my heart every day until I get to hug you again in heaven one day. - Sissy

Dear Grandpa, Hi grandpa it's Jaylen. I know it doesn't seem like were close but you don't know how much I will miss you. I will miss sitting in your house and just hearing you laugh, and being happy, made me happy. The times you had with my dad and my grandma Angie are precious. You were a great guy who takes care of his family no matter what. I am gonna miss you so much you don't even know. When I would go to church to hear you sing not just one but a couple of songs was my favorite. What I am going to do when you are gone is help my grandma Angie and my grandma Dorothy because I know they are going to be hurting. It feels like I have to be strong for them and my family. Grandpa I will miss you when you leave and I promise to take care of both of my grandmas and make sure they have everything they need. When you are gone I ask one thing of you, that you watch over me and be at all my games to cheer me on from up in the sky. Fly high up in the sky grandpa. Love you, Jaylen Armijo
